NEW FEATURE: Job Audit Details – Pivot Table A new Pivot Report called Job Audit Details has been added to the Reports module. This report can be used to analyze the Job Audit information collected through mobile.

Once a Job Audit has been completed in Mobile, you will then have several areas in BOSS system to manage the score.
NEW Pivot Table called: Job Audit Details
A pivot table gives you several different options to customize your report view. Afterward, you can save your custom report to your Quick Links Tab. There are more filter options than what you see in the screenshot below.
In the Module called: Job Audits
There are different ways to filter the Job Audits. You can print, email, or delete the Job Audits. This Module is commonly placed on the Bids/Prop tab.
At the Property Level
This gives you the ability to see the Average Audit Score. When clicking on the Audit Score percent, you will have the ability to print, email, or delete the Job Audit.
Also, you have four types of template emails associated with Job Audits which are Job Audit Create, Job Audit Complete, Job Audit Delete and Job Audit Email. This is configured in the Email Template Module.
