Snow Dashboard – Consolidate Collect Tab
The current Collect Tab separates Time from Material and does not allow for the modification or addition of Material. We are changing the interface so it more closely matches the existing Daily Timesheet. This will allow the user to be able to see a more complete picture for the day as well as make changes to time and material allocations.
Collect Tab
The Collect Tab will be modified by replacing the current sections for Time and Material – replacing them with an interface like the Daily Timesheet. See below sample.
- The Crew will display the Snow Crew Name.
- The displayed start date and time will be based on the selected Snow Event. Be aware that the End Date could be the day after the Start Date.
- The options for On Foreman Crew and On Foreman Device are not a part of this screen.
- The ‘Show Job Cost’ option is not part of this screen and Material Allocations will always show.
- This timesheet will display time and material linked to the Event Work record rather than Job Tickets.
- Adding Job Costs (Material, Equipment, Subcontractor) are subject to any Service Category restrictions on what can be added.
This enhancement will be coming soon in version 10.3.0.
